Essential Mindset Principles: Modules 1-7
The “Essential Mindset Principles'' series, modules 1-7, provide the foundation for a powerful mindset that develops resilience, emotional self-control, and a growth mindset. This series equips students with all the habits and strategies they need for thriving in their first year of middle school, high school, college, and beyond, before exploring these concepts in more detail later during modules 8 and beyond. Students create empowering beliefs, embrace personal responsibility, develop a growth mindset, and learn our powerful Emotivational Thinking Formula ™ for emotional-management that is based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), neuroscience, and other behavioral change technologies. REWRITING MY STORY
Module 1 teaches students how to be in control of writing and rewriting their story if they don't feel that is what they want; moreover, it shows them how to be in control and dictate the change they want to see in their lives.
Module 2 focuses on teaching students how taking responsibility for their actions can become their greatest power and can help them become more confident and trustworthy.

Module 5 help students understand why being proactive is a skill that can shape and direct one’s life. The skills that students learn in this module will support them in creating a positive outlook in life.
LIVING WITH PURPOSE
Module 6 has a series of lessons that help students understand why having a purpose is essential for a life of good health, motivation, happiness, and academic performance.
Module 7 visualization is an important skill that when developed and applied can have significant benefits. In this lesson, students will learn the key components to visualization and how it can guide them to reaching their goals.
