Cancellation Policy

We recognize that changes in plans can occur in the weeks leading up to our events. With this in mind, registration fees for SESSION 1 will be refunded in the form of a check, less the $150 refund processing cost, if requested in writing by June 14, 2019. Between June 17, 2019, and June 20, 2019 refunds requested in writing will be granted at 50% of fees paid, less the $150 refund processing cost. No refunds are available after June 21, 2019, for SESSION 1. Registration fees for SESSION 2 will be refunded in the form of a check, less the $150 refund processing cost, if requested in writing by July 15, 2019. Between July 22, 2019, and July 25, 2019, refunds requested in writing will be granted at 50% of fees paid, less the $150 refund processing cost.
